Jason Humpal was there from start to finish. We decided to build a house and then decided that wasn't the best option for us. He helped us through the process of building a home and cancelling it. He also helped us find our dream home and made sure we closed on time. He's the best relator we've ever had. Felt like he actually listened to our concerns and helped make the transaction run smoothly.

Jason is and has always been exceptional to work with. Always attentive to the client's needs and always working very hard to ensure the best outcome, taking into consideration the best interests of the client. Jason went above and beyond the call of duty in the sale of my Mother's home. After my mother passed away, we had to sell the property while I lived in New York, and my sister lived in South Carolina. He took care of everything - including even when we had a homeless man break in that was squatting in my Mother's house! This was not a normal, easy listing for him. We also had issues with the inspection and Jason had multiple contacts to recommend that could deal with every issue.
